Is marijuana safer then alcohol? It has been proven that it is. Alcohol promotes violent out breaks, where as marijuana makes you mellow and relaxes you. It is far less lethal then alcohol.

The message that was sent in this film, is that legalization of weed would be better for the government and not good for the dealers of marijuana.

Besides alcohol, it is proven that smoking cigarettes is worse for you then smoking marijuana. By smoking cigarettes there are high possiblities that you may have lung cancer but my smoking marijuana it is very low chance or getting sick with cancer.

In the United States it is possible for those who have been caught in possession of marijuana to go to jail for longer then someone that has committed a violent murder. For this to happen is absurd, even if marijuana is illegal, for someone to go to jail longer for a non-violent crime then a violent one is completely unfair.

The government has the ability to tax marijuana and gain money from its selling, instead of this the government is spending about 4 billion dollars for marijuana probition. If they taxed marijuana they could bring in revenue's of 14 billion dollars. In the long run this could help decrease the dept our country has.

There are many reasons that marijuana should be legalized. One reason is that millions of people all over America smoke marijuana daily. The number one reason that marijuana should be legalized is that the people that want it legal will not stop until they have succeeded no matter what the cost.
